The carpets durability is effected by: Proper specification, indoor environment, outside elements, maintenance programs, fiber content, and the professionalism of an installation. Specialized attention might have to be given to certain areas of your locations. Common areas need more frequent cleaning than executive offices, therefore the cleaning methods may vary.

The indoor environment has an effect on the carpet in different ways: the number of tenants/employees (active vs. non-active), type of synthetic light, air circulation, construction, and building rules and maintenance program.
